Pandaga - Day 172

Truth be told, I hate drawing on the tablet on another note, making character sheet is sort of fun.

  1. One of the practices I've seen from others is to combine the circle and line training into eleptical training.

    iirc first draw an eliptical, the focus being that they look correct and are the size and shape that you want in one stroke.
    Afterwards, draw a straight line, straight and quick, through the widest points of the eliptical. Doing this part shows you if you did a good job at making an eliptical - the line hits the widest parts, which means if you didn't angle or create the depth of your eleptical the way you anticipated, you'll see it.

    Beyond hand control, the point to this is also spatial practice since elepticals are circles angled and warped to create the illusion of three dimensional space.

    It sounds easy but the first hundreds generally look like crap.

    1. Oh, yeah I've heard of that one before, though I was sort of trained just to do without the lines through the circle so I'm used to that.
      I can do those a lot easier on paper but on a tablet? nope. Why can't it feel more natural ;_;

    2. NEVAR. You get auto circle creation and its cold perfection and you like it!
