Boy that sure was a long nap, half a year in fact, and who better to wake me from my sleep than the king of dreams.
This is Dream of the Endless from the brilliant The Sandman comics by Neil Gaiman. I copied the picture from this image here. No idea who the original artist is and I don't remember seeing the image in any of the comics but the style certainly looks familiar. If anyone knows the name of the artist, please let me know.
